About Santa Cruz Warriors Lacrosse

The Santa Cruz County Lacrosse Association is an independent, non-profit youth sports organization and a 501c(3) corporation. Our club was established in 2005 with the goal to promote and develop lacrosse in Santa Cruz County. We strive to develop players and coaches with passion and respect for the exciting game of lacrosse in a fun and safe environment.

Programs are available for boys in the 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U age groups, and for girls in the 10U, 12U, 14U, and HS age groups. Registration opens in August and closes in November. Try it clinic dates are held in September and October. Early season scrimmages are held in November and December and the season runs from January to May. Teams practice twice per week during the season and games are on most Saturdays and possibly a few Sundays in March-May.

Our Mission

Santa Cruz County Lacrosse Association is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to providing a complete lacrosse experience to Santa Cruz County through excellent coaching and training while also teaching good sportsmanship, teamwork, respect, and life lessons to boys and girls in a healthy and supportive environment. Our goal is to provide appropriate instruction at each age level from beginner to advanced in lacrosse skills and strategy to bould a foundation that can be used on into high school and other sports.

2020  Registration Fees

This year the Registration fee covers 6 months of Lacrosse, Referees, Field Rental, Game Equipment, Pennies, Admin costs, Awards, Pictures, Coaches Gifts, End of year Party, and Mandatory Fundraising to offset our operating costs.

  • We offer 3 month payment plans to offset the costs!
  • You can also do $150 Non Refundable Deposit by Oct 31st and then another $150 Non Refundable Deposit by Nov. 30th to reserve you spot and then payment plan after that.  Please email Wes at if you want that option.
  • The following information will help you decide which program is right for you and/or your child. Please note that all participants are required to pay an annual $25.00 membership fee in addition to camp or league fees (payment of the annual membership fee is made through U.S. Lacrosse at http://www.uslacrosse.org/TopNav/Membership/USLacrosseMembership.aspx )

    Each player is required to Purchase a new uniform the first season and anytime he or she out grows it unless you are playing the U-8 level in which it is included in your fee.
    Rain Dates: There will be NO make-up sessions and NO refunds given for sessions cancelled because of rain. There are no Refunds after Jan. 1st of the current season.
